Women in M&A is a female network program with the vision to build a broad, meaningful network of women who share the same curiosity. The aim is to share questions, wonders, and experiences of what it is like working within different fields of M&A. We offer you a meaningful and informal network where you can share your personal and professional interests and receive insights into what it is like to work in a high-paced environment within EY-Parthenon.

Application process:
Apply: If you are interested in becoming part of our program, please upload a merged version of your resume and grade transcript before the application deadline of Wednesday 31 December 2025.
Video: As part of the application process, you should expect to elaborate on what makes you a strong candidate for joining EY’s Women in M&A by answering a few questions on video. The videos take about 5 minutes to complete and must be submitted by Sunday 4 January 2026 at 23:59 pm.
Response: Applicants can expect to receive a final answer to their application after the application deadline and in the beginning of February at the latest, but please send us your application today.
