Bain Women Mentorship Program 2023

At Bain, we’re constantly thinking of new ways to close the gender gap, not only in consulting but in business in general. So, to double down on our efforts, we’re now launching our female mentorship program, Women Mentoring Women, designed to help women BSc. and MSc. students pursue a meaningful career.

THE PROGRAM AND ITS PURPOSE

This mentorship program will be filled with social activities and the best workshops Bain has to offer, all aimed at giving you rich opportunity to reflect on your personality, get to know your strengths, visualize your path to success and boost your confidence. On top of that, you’ll become part of a network with other talented women who can help you on your career path. Each participant will be assigned a female Bain mentor who will guide you throughout the entire program. If you wish to pursue a career in consulting, you’ll be guaranteed an Associate Consultant/Associate Consultant Internship interview with us by the end of the program. Our consultants will, of course, also guide you on how to best prepare for the interviews.

THE PRACTICALITIES

If you’re studying and up for some solid career advice and key insights into your personal and professional development, then apply HERE by sending us your CV, grade transcripts and cover letter (max. one page) no later than February 19. We will invite selected candidates to an informal coffee chat (between February 27 and March 1) before deciding on the final candidates. Please note that we only accept applications from students based in Denmark.
