Make Others Shine Female Award

At Bain, we live by a simple motto: Make others shine. To us, that means going the extra mile to help others succeed. As a natural extension of this, we wish to celebrate extraordinary women who inspire and make others shine.

Who can apply for the award?
We’re looking for passionate female students or recent graduates in the Nordics who invest their hearts, minds and time in doing that extra something to help others – whether it’s children, people in need, an NGO, a community or Mother Earth.

Acknowledgement
In addition to a cash prize of EUR 3,000 to support their project and a celebration dinner with a bunch of Bain female consultants, the winner will receive a unique opportunity to:

• get personal and professional sparring through a one-year mentorship with an experienced Bain consultant

• showcase the winning activity or project at a local Bain office meeting to educate and inspire us

• get exposure of the winning activity or project across our social media channel

Send us your CV and a motivational letter where you tell a bit about yourself and how you make others shine. We’d love to know about your dreams and aspirations, and how the prize money will make a difference to your project. The deadline is May 1.
