At Quartz+Co, we have a mentoring programme to help you make a qualified decision on which career dreams to pursue and how to achieve them – whether you want to go into the world of consulting or another industry. The programme runs in both Copenhagen and Oslo.
What you get
If you join the programme, one of our consultants is assigned to you as a mentor. He or she will support, challenge and guide your decisions. It is a chance for you to ask questions – even the tough ones – in order to make the career choice which is right for you.
The mentoring programme runs for a year and includes four individual meetings with your mentor and a few meetings with all mentees and mentors in the programme. At the first common meeting – the introductory meeting - you will get the chance to meet the other mentees and mentors at our office and gain insight into how you can use your mentor and for what. At the individual meetings, you and your mentor decide the content together. The meetings are usually held in Copenhagen or Oslo.
Participating in the programme is free. For applicants in Denmark studying outside Sealand, Quartz+Co contributes to the costs of transportation.
Who can apply?
You can apply if you are enrolled in a master's programme and have a minimum of nine months left until expected graduation. The mentoring programme targets students embarking on their career path.
Deadline for application
The next deadline in Copenhagen is September 30, 2012
How to apply?
Sumbit an application which emphasises why you would like to get a mentor. Please also attach your CV and grade transcripts from your bachelor programme and if possible also from your master's programme.
