Mentor program
Are you interested in management consulting?
Do you seek to develop your professional skillset in a collaborative environment?
We offer you a unique opportunity to:
*Meet our team and learn about life at Kearney
*Participate in social activities and interactive workshops with other passionate students
*Receive insights, guidance, and support from a personal mentor
*Discuss your career and hear more about how others have made their way into consulting
Sessions:
March 6 | Kick-off
Get to know Kearney, how it is to be a consultant and what work we do. The session will end with mingling, light food & drinks with your fellow Aspiring Talents and Kearney consultants.
March 20 | Personal Performance
You will be working on presentations in small groups with a coach who will give you tips and tricks to improve your personal impact and thereby advance your
Personal Performance.
April 10 | Case day
In this session you will be introduced to case solving and will work in groups on how to crack a case and have the opportunity to present it to your fellow Aspiring Talents.
May 8 | Career talk & Dinner
We will cover the journey from Student Analyst to fulltime consultant, you will meet a Kearney alumni and we will give you tips and tricks for interviewing in consulting.
Lastly, we will go for dinner in town.
Note! Timing of the sessions will be communicated directly to the selected participants but will take place in the afternoon/evening.
Mentor meetings:
During the program you will besides the above sessions have two individual mentor meetings.
The purpose of your individual mentor meetings is to have informal talks about your career, study, job opportunities, or other topics of your choosing. The agenda is driven by your interests.
Who?
We welcome applications from all B.Sc. and M.Sc. students currently enrolled at a Danish university. We expect that you are living in Denmark and can take part in all sessions on location in Copenhagen.
How?
Apply to our mentor program by February 9 2025
Please include your CV, and grade transcripts from high school and university to apply for the program. You are welcome to include a short motivation in your CV, while this is not required to be considered for the program.
You can expect to hear from us shortly after application deadline regarding participant selection.
