What is Novo Nordisk Innovation in Action?
The Innovation in Action workshop is a unique opportunity to show us your talent, develop your analytical skills and network with other talented master’s students. In addition, you will meet and collaborate with employees from Novo Nordisk on a real business topic, chosen by our top management.
The purpose of the Innovation in Action workshop is to challenge students to create the basis for new and sustainable business ideas that Novo Nordisk can use to position itself for future growth, leadership and the ability to combat diabetes globally.
The workshop takes place in both Aarhus and Copenhagen.
What will happen at the workshop?
The workshop is a 6-hour intensive development process where students will be placed in groups of 5 - 6 people. The groups will be created across different educational backgrounds and challenged to work with and ultimately present their best solution to a real and relevant business case.
This year's case
Interested in helping Novo Nordisk change diabetes in Indonesia through sustainable partnerships?
Healthy productive people are the foundation for sustainable development. In Indonesia, diabetes rates are on the rise and diabetes places a huge burden on the society and local healthcare system.
To enhance the quality of diabetes care in Indonesia, Novo Nordisk is interested in engaging in innovative partnerships to support people living with diabetes.
As part of the Innovation in Action workshop, students will be challenged to come up with ideas for innovative partnerships that create shared value in Indonesia. The solutions can e.g. help create awareness of the symptoms among undiagnosed people living with diabetes or expand knowledge of high-quality care among healthcare professionals.
Prior to the Innovation in Action workshop, the students will receive material on the theory of creating shared value that should be applied in the Indonesian context to the benefit of Novo Nordisk and people living with diabetes in Indonesia.
