Female students: Here is a development program for you!
McKinsey & Company invite you to join us this fall for our Aspiring Female Leadership Program where you can grow a solid foundation for your future leadership journey.
The program is based on our extensive studies of successful leaders and consists of three workshops, each with a distinct topic, designed to develop your abilities as an aspiring leader.
The workshops will be held during fall:
· Thursday 2/9
· Friday 24/9
· Thursday 14/10
· Friday 12/11
We will cover following topics:
· Energizing – how to balance, restore and maximize your energy
· Meaning – how to find your strengths and use them to create meaningful impact
· Engaging – how to speak up and take ownership of your own professional development
You will also be assigned a mentor, dedicated to help facilitate your growth and success throughout the program. Please note, you do not have to be a leader yet; you just have to aspire to become one.
The program is available to students with 1–3 years left to graduation.
The workshops are planned to be held virtually, but will switch to an in-person format if Covid-19 restrictions loosen during fall (with the option of participating online if needed, e.g., because of a semester abroad).
