Brunch and Pride with the Bainies

At Bain & Company, we take inclusion seriously. On August 19, to mark this year’s pride parade, we invite students, recent graduates and young professionals into our safe space.

Over a delicious brunch on our rooftop terrace, you’ll be introduced to the world of Bain and our strong BGLAD community, highlighting our dedicated efforts to provide all our LGBTQ+ employees with the opportunity to work as openly and "out" as they feel comfortable. Afterwards, you’re more than welcome to join our sizeable team of Bainies, family and friends for the pride parade.
