Kearney PROUD Academy

Kearney PROUD Academy is back for 2024, and this time in Paris!

Are you an LGBTQIA+ student from Europe, the Middle East, or Africa interested in a management consulting career? Kearney PROUD Academy is the firm’s flagship LGBTQIA+ recruiting event. We are looking for applications from undergraduate and graduate students in any subject area and year of study.

The PROUD Academy will be held from 17th to 19th April 2024 in Kearney’s Paris office. During the academy, you will have opportunities to explore the world of consulting, develop your business skills, and sharpen your problem-solving abilities – all whilst learning first-hand in a comfortable and inclusive setting about life as a Kearney consultant.

Together with other participants, you will learn to solve a real-world case study and present your recommendations to a panel of Kearney partners and managers. Our LGBTQIA+ consultants and allies will support you throughout, providing both formal and informal training so you can experience the welcoming and diverse environment cultivated at Kearney. You will also get to know our consultants and fellow PROUD Academy attendees at evening socials.

During the three-day program, we will discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion at Kearney and beyond, and create a safe space and platform for questions, addressing any concerns you may have around LGBTQIA+ identify in the workplace.

At the end of the event, you’ll receive accreditation for attending PROUD Academy. Outstanding participants will be invited directly to second-round interviews for a permanent graduate role and receive mentoring throughout the application process.

The academy and its focus areas are created specifically for students who self-identify as LGBTQIA+.
