McKinsey Mentorship Program

Join our mentorship program, where you will get the chance to discuss the topics that are most important to you

Our mentorship program is customized based on your profile and interests, and you will be assigned a consultant with the same background as yourself. During the mentorship program, you will get two conversations where you decide the focus and topics. The conversations can revolve around anything, your future career path or tips for our application process. We have some suggested topics we could focus on, but we are very open to discuss whatever is on your mind. The mentorship program is also a great opportunity to expand your professional network.

We will kick off the program with an in-person event on November 2, 2022, from 18:00 to 21:00 in Copenhagen. Here, you will get an introduction to the program and the opportunity to meet mentors and other mentees.

The mentorship program is open to all students at the University of Copenhagen on their third semester of bachelor and onwards.
