We create space to unfold your talents and aspirations with personalized guidance. Become part of a professional network to gain insights into the life of a consultant and connect with peers through workshops and social events.

The Mentor Programme 2024
From January to October 2024, we will take you on a development journey where you are the centre of attention. You will receive personalized guidance from one of our mentors to compass your ambitions and goals. Hereto, there will be four events over the course of the Mentor Programme – a range of dedicated people will facilitate educational workshops, inspiring talks, debates, and challenging events, as well as share their personal stories.

By applying to the Deloitte Consulting, Finance & Performance Mentor Programme, you commit to attend all events:

·       Event 1, ultimo January: Kick-off – Welcome to the Mentor Programme and Deloitte

·       Event 2, primo March: Understand yourself and others

·       Event 3, primo May: Deliver with impact

·       Event 4, ultimo August: "Thank you for now” drinks and dinner with Deloitte

** All meetings are held in the evening and start at 16:00 earliest
