We invite bright and inspiring female students to join our brand new female mentorship program. You will get a personal mentor who will support and challenge you and help answer any questions you have on career in general and consulting in particular. You will also get a network of both Simon-Kucher consultants and other students in similar positions as yourself.
Applications are open to all female master students. Submit your application no later than February 23, 2022. Please include your CV, grade transcripts and motivation for joining the program.
Program Content
The program is designed to give you the opportunity to learn about life in consulting, ask questions about application process and become part of a network of female students and professionals.
The program will be a mix of 1:1 sessions with your mentor and (virtual) networking with other participants and Simon-Kucher consultants.
Duration: 1 semester (March 2022 - June 2022)
Who can apply
Female students in their first or second year of Master's Degree.
We value diversity – any type of degree and background are welcome.
