Women Mentorship Program

Our Women Mentorship Program is your unique opportunity to explore a career path within BCG. The purpose of the program is to create a network for aspiring women who wish to develop their problem solving capabilities while gaining insight and knowledge about management consulting.

​When being a part of the program, you will have the opportunity to attend several insightful dinners and events where you will meet and interact with BCG consultants. As a mentee, you are furthermore guaranteed an associate or visiting associate interview with BCG Copenhagen. Our consultants, as well as other professionals, will make sure to provide you with all the support and guidance you need in order to prepare for the interview.

​The program runs from February to June and our participants will be a selected number of female students with different educational backgrounds.

​ 

​Who can apply?

​We welcome applications from all BSc., MSc. or PhD students who identify as women and young professionals with 1-2 years of professional work experience who are located in Denmark or Southern Sweden. We value applicants with an ambitious spirit, interpersonal skills, and strong academic records.

​NB:

• We monitor the Covid-19 situation and will adapt accordingly to the government guidelines.

• Many of the events during the program will happen in or around Copenhagen. All travel related costs to and from Copenhagen will be covered by BCG if you are located in Denmark or Southern Sweden.
